What’s the minimum age?

From 16 years old you can come on your own. Under 16, a treatment is possible with written parental consent.

Do you offer eyelash extensions?

No, we don’t do eyelash extensions — instead we offer Lash Lifting. With Lash Lifting, your own lashes are lifted and can also be tinted. Are men welcome too?

Yes, absolutely. Brows and lashes aren’t a women-only thing — we treat everyone with the same care and skill.

How long do I have to wait?

In most cases there’s no waiting — we always have enough staff on site. If you’re flexible: mornings and Mondays/Tuesdays tend to be the quietest times.

Are your Brow Bars wheelchair accessible?

Yes, three of our branches are wheelchair accessible: Bern, Thun and Biel. Lucerne and Solothurn are only partially accessible — there is one step to climb at each location. Can I make an appointment?

No, we work completely without appointments – just come by when you have time. We always have enough staff on site, so there should be no or only short waiting times. If you are flexible, we recommend coming in the morning and/or on Mondays or Tuesdays, when the workload is at its lowest.
