Frequently asked questions
for lash lifting
No, contact lenses need to come out before the treatment. You can put them back in after 1 to 2 hours.
Please bring your glasses or a lens case with you.
- Please allow approx. 1 hour for the treatment and ideally come between 10:30 and 16:00.
- Your lashes must be completely free of makeup.
- No waterproof mascara in the days before your appointment.
- Avoid retinol / vitamin A products and other intensive treatments (e.g. peels, argan oil, etc.) for 3–5 days before your appointment.
- Please remove contact lenses before the treatment and bring a case + solution.
- In case of eye infections or irritations, a lash lifting cannot be performed.
- Pregnancy / breastfeeding: generally possible, but we recommend an individual consultation or waiting until afterwards. Treatment is at your own risk.
- An allergy test before the first treatment is recommended and can be done free of charge at our studio.
- The result may vary depending on your natural lashes – we are happy to advise you on site.
- Before the treatment, you will fill out a short questionnaire for safety reasons.
