No, contact lenses need to come out before the treatment. You can put them back in after 1 to 2 hours.

Please bring your glasses or a lens case with you.

• Your eyebrows must be completely free of makeup.
• No waterproof makeup in the days before your appointment.
• Avoid retinol / vitamin A products and other intensive treatments (e.g. peels, argan oil, etc.) for 3–5 days before your appointment.
• For your first treatment, we recommend an allergy test – this can be done free of charge at our studio.
• In case of eye infections or irritations, a brow lifting cannot be performed.
• Pregnancy / breastfeeding: generally possible, but we recommend an individual consultation or waiting until afterwards. Treatment is at your own risk.

We recommend a free allergy test if you’ve never had a tint with us before — that way we can see 24 to 48 hours in advance whether your skin reacts.

In case of an acute reaction: contact a doctor immediately and let us know by phone or e-mail. We’ll document it and adjust any future treatments accordingly.

• Before you come to us for the first time, it is ideal if you let your eyebrows grow a little and don’t pluck them the day before. This way we can create the best possible shape.
• If you don’t tolerate epilation, the thread technique is probably not for you. However, you are welcome to come by without an appointment, so we can test it out.
• Contact lenses should be removed for eyelash tinting.
• Immediately after tinting, the colour sometimes seems very intense and darker. After the first wash, this will subside and the colour will be the desired shade. If not, you can always come in without an appointment and we will correct it (darken or lighten) free of charge.

The result of plucking and coloring is always perfect about 24 – 48 hours after treatment. Therefore, it is recommended not to come just before an important occasion, but about two days before.
